Why are you only open a few days with short hours?

We are a Retail & Wholesale Business meaning we not only cater to the public but we are also servicing other LOCAL restaurants, hotels, and coffee shops. As a small business with a small facility we maximize the space we have to provide fresh baked goods for locals and other small businesses.

Where did Breadologie come from?

We wanted a fun bakery that honored the science of baking.

Do you offer anything nut free/ gluten free / vegan?

How do we Pre Order for Pickup or Delivery?

Can I get Same Day Pick Up & Delivery?

Nut free - Yes, we do have plenty of pastries that are nut free BUT because we do offer pastries with nuts such as our SIGNATURE Almond Croissant we ask that you notify our employees before they began packaging your items. Although we do follow food safety protocols to prevent cross contamination **We are not a NUT FREE or GLUTEN FREE environment.

Gluten free - We currently do not carry any gluten free pastries or bread but we hope to be able to introduce some items soon.

Vegan - Our Baguette, Bread Loaves - White, Wheat, Multi, & Sourdough are all VEGAN. We also have a few VEGAN items such as our cinnamon sugar donut, strawberry tart, and apple tart.

We miss the EGGYWICH too! But the pandemic has been difficult for everybody and we are currently looking for the right person to join our team. If you are interested click the link to apply.

Place your Pre Order the day before by 3pm. Your order will be processed and sent to the Bakers to prepare fresh for next day Pick Up or Delivery. We kindly ask to place large orders at least 3 days ahead to give our Bakers time to prepare. Our ordering system also allows you to select the date you would like your order. Please read the Ordering Instructions before placing your order.

We cannot provide same day delivery but you can call in for pick up if you would like to put items aside. We recommend Pre Ordering your items the day before as we may not be able to fulfill what you are looking for the day of. We bake a certain amount each day to guarantee freshness.
